How to verify IGET/WAKA products?
To ensure you have an authentic product, scan the QR Code on the packaging or visit the official verification page. Scratch off the coating to reveal the security code. At Vape-OZ, we only stock 100% genuine products.
Are there any delivery charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders total $149 or over. For orders below this amount, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed, our team will check each order and arrange the shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is dispatched.
Shipping & Returns
How long will delivery take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Sydney time) on a business day will be shipped the same day. The normal delivery time is approximately 2-3 natural days.
How to make a return?
If products leak or are damaged during production/transportation, we provide return and exchange services. Please email us at [email protected] with your order details.
How to make a refund?
We promise a full refund if the package remains unopened (within 7 business days of receipt) or if the package is not received for more than 15 business days. Please contact [email protected].
